Bro. Decker has faithfully served on staff as our Assistant Pastor for the last 18 years.  The Lord has richly blessed his ministry here.  We have several young people who have grown up under his ministry and have gone on to Bible College and are now in full-time service.  Even while serving here, he has preached revivals, youth camps, held Vacation Bible Schools, retreats and
many other special services.  He preaches our Junior Church each Sunday using illustrated messages that young and old alike enjoy and respond to.  I believe that God has well equipped him for the work of evangelism.
